-General-
-IMPORTANT YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION ME-
A1.-✪ ​By commissioning me you agree with these terms of service.

A2.-✪ I, as the artist, have the right to refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable doing and have the right to cancel a commission for bad client behavior or personal reasons. Payment will be refunded wholly or in part depending on the reason (read REFOUNDS).

A3.-✪ I will not start working until the payment has been made.

A4.-✪ have the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not affect clients who have agreed to previous terms.

A5.-✪ Please do not rush me, I put my best to give you a nice piece of art, and if I hurry the result may not be optimal.

A6.-✪ is required an understandable reference, with flat colors or a color palette on it. 

A7.-✪ I don't copy or reproduce any other style than my own.

A8.-✪ Credit me as the artist please <3.



A10.-✪ You may not claim my work as your own.

 
-Client Rights-
 
B1.-✪ The clients don't need to ask me permission to repost their commissions to their personal gallery, but you have to credit me as the artist.

B2.-✪ Clients have the right to use their commissioned work for personal/private use.   
 
B3.-✪ as the client you mustn't
-erase my signature.
-claim my work as your own work. 
-use my art for commercial purposes (except if you bought the rights)
-upload my 3D models to be downloaded.

B3.-✪  Illustration: you have the right to get the original size of your drawing and a low resolution for web uses.

B3.-✪  3D models: you have the right to get the FBX file of your model.

 

-Payment-
C1.-✪ An invoice will be sent to you

C2.-✪  EUR  only

C3.-✪ Preferably payment should be made in one installment, but if the piece has a value greater than € 700 it can be paid in installments if the client wants.
 

 
-Refunds-

C5.-✪No refunds will be given after work has been started or finished.

​C6.-✪ Clients get a refund if:

✪ If I cancel the commission before I have anything done (Full refund)
✪ The client cancels the commission before 24hr (Full refund)
✪ In the case, the commission is canceled because of bad client behavior (No refund) 
(Bad client behavior = extremely rude, toxic behavior)



 
-Method of Work-


D1.-✪ ​I work with "sketch" wips, I will send you a first pre-sketch of the work, that needs to be approved.

D2.-✪  Will wait until you approve the pre-sketch to start the full work.

D3.-✪  I don't do major changes after the pre-sketch is approved, like pose, body shape, etc.

D4.-✪ When I send a sketch, you can ask for small fixes, the first two are for free.

D5.-✪ Any extra corrections will have an extra cost, that depends on the complexity and type of commission.

D6.-✪ I can make free corrections if it is my mistake, for example, missing markings.

D7.-✪ I will not make further changes once the commission has been finished.

-IMPORTANT-
 if no corrections/complaints are made during the process, the work will be taken as approved for example :
-see an X detail in a wip and after the work is finished wanted to change that same X detail.

-Change Fee-

E1.-✪  3D models:  price per change 10 EUR approx .
E2.-✪  Illustrations:  price per change 5 EUR approx .

Example of when the change fee will be used: clients ask to make something rounder, the correction is made, and the client still wants it more rounded. ​
